The West Library now has a collection of video courses of subjects taught by respected college instructors. Check out these videos along with their companion guidebooks.

Titles currently in the series include:

• Understanding the Human Body

Library Hours Note

The last day of the summer hours schedule will be Friday, August 23. Official fall semester hours for the West Campus Library beginning Monday, August 26 are 9:00AM-7:00PM Monday-Thursday and 9:00AM-Noon on Friday.

West Library Student Help

Looking for a couple extra bucks this fall semester? The West Library may be hiring a student to cover some hours during the day. If you are interested, please stop in the library (room 302) to pick up an application.

West Library 2013-2014 Updates

The West Campus Library lab PCs have been upgraded to Virtual Desktop stations over the summer. More books, audiobooks, and videos have been added to the collection.

Library Hours During Spring Interim

During the spring interim period of  May 20, 2013 to June 7, 2013 the West Campus Library will be open from 7:45AM-4:00PM Monday-Friday, with the exception of Memorial Day (5/27/13). Keep in mind that the Truax Campus Library will be closed for much of the interim period as they move to their new spot.

DVDs added to the West Library collection

Several new and classic DVDs have been added to the West Library collection recently. With Spring Break coming up soon, you might want to check some of them out. Remember that as of the new year you can now check out up to five DVDs at one time.

2013 Book of Business (Wisconsin State Journal)

Look for the 2013 Book of Business published by the Wisconsin State Journal in the reference section of the West Library. The annual BoB provides detailed information about businesses in Madison and Dane County not found elsewhere.
