African-American History Month Display

W7, O10, BB9.1

Over the semester break the West Library computer lab upgraded to Windows 7 and Office 2010. Also, the school upgraded Blackboard to version 9.1. All of these upgrades mean improved experiences for students, but you may have some questions about where things are that you were used to in earlier versions. Ask us if you need help, or grab one of the quick reference guides at the desk.

W7 &O10

The computers in the West Library do not yet have Windows 7 or Office 2010 software loaded on them, but we have some options if you need to use them:

• If you are enrolled in a W7 or O10 class, your Madison College network log-in and password should get you into a virtual access program loaded on the computers that will get you into them. Ask us at the library desk if you can't find the VMware program.
• We have two in-library use laptops available for checkout that have W7 and O10 loaded.
• When available, there are a couple classroom labs on the third floor with W7 and O10 loaded.
