Nobel Peace Prize

One of the recipients of the Nobel Peace Prize this year is Malala Yousafzai. Read her inspiring story and her efforts to promote education opportunities for girls worldwide in I Am Malala, available in the West Library.

World Cup Fever

If you're enjoying this year's World Cup competition, you might be interested in the DVD Miracle Match, available for checkout from the West Campus Library. Starring Gerard Butler, it is based on the true story of the 1950 United States soccer team who, against all odds, beat England 1 - 0 in that year's cup in Brazil.

The Leftovers

HBO's big summer series this year is The Leftovers, premiering Sunday, June 29. The series is based on Tom Perrotta's novel, available at the West Campus Library. Time Magazine has called Perrotta the Steinbeck of suburbia, and many critics consider this his best work.

Summer Hours

The West Library will be open from 8:00AM-4:30PM M-F during the summer session (6/9-8/1). We will be closed on the 4th of July.

Interim Hours

During the interim session (May 19-June 6) the West Library will be open from 7:30AM-3:45PM Monday-Friday. We will be closed on Memorial Day (May 26).
